In 2012, Daniel Cyr and Patrick Richardson founded the company first known as Select Aviation. Having evolved for a few years as a flight training unit recognized by Transport Canada, the school obtained a permit from the Ministry of Higher Education and is now known as Select Aviation College. The college is located at the Gatineau-Ottawa Executive Airport, in Canada's National Capital Region.
